Sewing Supplies:
Students are provided with a sewing machine; there is a both industrial sewing machine and domestic sewing machine available.
Students will be supplied with basic sewing supplies such as scissors, tape measure, pins, thread, chalk and seam ripper.

Students will be required to bring suitable fabric for the project, along with any specialty haberdashery such as buttons, zips, ribbons etc.

I can provide direction on where these materials can be purchased.

Location:
Please note the sewing lessons are in person and the student will be required to travel to Romford. Once the sewing lessons are booked, the full address will be provided.

Time Slots:
Time slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Process:

1. Consultation:
After discussing your requirements in detail, including the design, fabric, deadline and pricing, I will take your measurements and begin work.

2. Creation:
All garments are made from scratch, using custom patterns that are designed specifically for you.

3. Fitting:
During the fitting, you can request changes and I will make the necessary alterations. Depending on the complexity of the garment, you may need to come for more than one fitting.

4. Final touch: 
Once your garment is ready, you can pick up your lovely new garment from my sewing studio.

Please note: I am based in the London/Essex area and require clients to visit me in person to take their measurements and have their dress fittings. 

Terms and Conditions

The initial deposit of £150 may be refunded only if work on the garment has not commenced. If work on the garment has begun, the deposit will not be refunded. However the client will not be required to pay the remaining balance. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly notify by email.

Once the garment is completed, no refunds can take place.

Once all the necessary parameters of the project has been set, any design changes may incur further costs depending on the scope of the changes. Alterations made during dress fittings do not classify as design changes, as minor changes may be needed to ensure the garment fits the client as desired.

Suggested fabric:
Neoprene and Scuba are the ideal fabric choices for this pattern, as it will add the right amount of structure and stretch to the top. You can also use cottons or crepes that have a slight stretch.
